Does anybody know how much power can an M5 e39 deliver if you completely remove the catalysts?

man ,is too much, a 335ci have 1600 kg, bmw acclaim only 306 hp, but in reality a stock 335ci have about 350 hp. so 335i have the same performance like a stock e46 m3. conclusion: 335ci need about 17-17,5 sec to reach 200 km/h like a normal m3 e46. :)))

it didn't "own" in this race but most people in their right mind don't race to 150mph where the m5 pulled ahead. If the 335 had vishnu's v3 software equipped, this race would have been very different as well. Both cars are amazing though.

your dumb that 335 didnt own shit yeah hella quick off the line but over all the m5 took it. great race though loved both cars

i agree bmw shouldve put more torque ut i would the 335i too because with a simple vishnu tuning chip you can make it smoke the m3 and even the m5 (stock that is) cause of ts twin turbos

E39 M5 one of my all time favorite BMW. I personally prefer the M5 custom exhaust's authentic and outrageous sound but the Supersprint is more performance oriented. Tricky drag race by two fantastic cars where intelligent modification wins it over twin turbo charged. This what i call creativity! Super! |
